Bluum Shipping Policy

A flat rate of R90 will apply for delivery.

All our orders are managed by our trusted 3PL Oh Ship who use various courier partners depending on the service area applicable.

Orders may take up to three working days to be dispatched from time of order. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been handed over to our courier.

Courier deliveries take 2 to 5 working days and are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. There are no deliveries made on weekends or public holidays.

Cape Town orders generally have a quicker delivery time as we dispatch from within Cape Town. All other deliveries can take anything from 2 to 7 working days to be delivered. We are always available to assist where needed, so do not hesitate to get in touch.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries as once the parcel has been handed over to the couriers, we have no control over deliveries and times.

We will inform you in a timely manner should there be any unforeseen issues with suppliers and third-party courier companies.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping to our customers located in South Africa for orders above R600. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

International Shipping

Pop us an email at info@bluum.ltd with your location details and we can try our best to arrange it. The shipping cost for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the order, as well as the destination. Free shipping does not apply to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. These include but are not limited to: customs taxes, tariffs, and any other fees applied by the destination country.
