Refund policy
We regret no refunds or returns on any products. However, if you are unhappy with your experience, please contact us at info@bluum.ltd within 7 business days of purchase and we will be more than happy to help you out. Requests / returns received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.
In the unlikely event that your order arrived damaged, please email us (include photo of damaged item(s)) as soon as possible so that we can help resolve the situation.
Return authorization & refunds will not be granted if items are no longer in its original condition (sealed), original packaging or if items have been damaged and/or used. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged whilst in transit.
Gift cards can not be returned or refunded or exchanged for cash.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
Only in the unlikely event that your order arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
