Ashwagandha is an adaptogen herb that supports the immune and adrenal system. It is an excellent tension reducing herb as it works to combat the stress response in the body.
Red Clover is a flowering plant with an abundant source of isoflavones, which is a type of phytoestrogen that functions in a similar way to estrogen.
